fantastic stay!
helpful staff clean room
i found the staff so helpful. they assisted with directions and even booked a taxi for me! the room was also bright and clean, which i really appreciated.
the main door was quite heavy. i struggled a bit to open it at first. clearer instructions for the key entry card would be helpful.

the hotel is conveniently located near the city center. it's an easy walk to major attractions and the sao bento station is nearby! i found exploring the city very convenient.

breakfast offered a good selection, including some delicious sweets. there was also complimentary hot coffee and sweets available in the lobby! this was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
